Because the curb appeal of your home will depend so heavily upon the first impression created by the exterior, we recommend that you compare cost of color upgrades to that of a standard gray mortar, and for a real cost analysis you can figure the impact made on your mortgage.
	Will the use of color have any negative consequences to the overall construction? flamingo-BRIXMENT color masonry cements are guaranteed to meet all strength requirements for masonry construction and our pigments are designed to resist fading and weathering.  Assuming you are using flamingo-BRIXMENT color cement, the use of color mortar on your construction project should not have any negative consequences on the overall construction.
